We are a naturally warm yoga studio thanks for the tropical temperatures of Phuket, so dress according to your personal needs & comfort.
Wear simple, breathable clothing that does not limit your range of motion. An outfit of yoga pants and tank top or sports bra is suitable. Shorts are okay but please be mindful of coverage and stretch! You might sweat more than usual with the humidity, please bring your own towel or rental one at the studio for 40 THB.
No shoes are allowed in the yoga room, and we don't recommend wearing any socks during practice.
Please arrive roughly 10-15 minutes early for your first visit. This will allow enough time for registration and a brief orientation and questions before class begins.
