THIS IS THE FREE TIME TO CHILL BY THE POOL, GET A MASSAGE OR SPA TREATMENT, READ A BOOK, SWIM IN THE POOL, DO A WALKING MEDITATION, MANDALA COLORING OR GO ON A CULTURAL TOUR. 

5:00 PM – 6:00 PM:
A BLISSFUL EVENING SESSION, WE OFTEN DELVE DEEP INTO RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA, SOUND HEALING AND SPECIAL MEDITATIONS OR SOMATIC MOVEMENTS.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Anderson, your Luxury Travel Curator. I’m based in California and have been in the travel industry for twenty years designing and curating unique holiday experiences for clients around the world.

I am here to assist you with booking your airline ticket, travel insurance and any additional pre or post stay accommodations. This is an optional service and not included in the retreat pricing listed above.  Travel insurance is strongly encouraged as there can always be unforeseen circumstances arriving in our lives.

I HAVE A SPECIAL DIET OR ALLERGY...

We can accommodate your dietary requirements. The food is so delicious that it’s one of the main reasons I choose this location. Meals are made fresh from local produce, health conscious and largely vegetarian with some pescatarian options.

Please inform me before the retreat.

WHat if i am a beginner at yoga?

This retreat is designed for all levels including beginners, intermediate and even advanced.  Regardless of where  are, you will benefit and learn from this retreat offering.   

HOW DO I GET THERE?

There are two main airports you can fly into internationally, either to Rome or to Florence.  From either of these cities you can take a train to CHIUSI station.  From CHIUSI station then it is a short taxi or Uber drive to the hotel.

via Florence (FLR)
via Rome (FCO)

WHAT TRAVEL DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after your planned date of departure from Italy.

Holders of USA passports, arriving by air for the purposes of tourism, may enter Italy for up to 90 days without requesting a visa in advance. Please check the visa entry requirements for other passport holders.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO STAY LONGER?

For any pre or post stays at the retreat hotel, this is based on availability at time of inquiry, please let me know.

If you would like to organize a pre or post stay in Italy such as in Rome or Florence, this is at your own discretion.  Elizabeth, the retreat travel agent is available to help with this.  Please note additional fees may apply.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT TIME INTERFERES WITH THE RETREAT SCHEDULE?

No Problem, but please know that refunds for missed sessions or meals will not be provided.  Also, transport to the hotel and from the hotel on departure is at each attendees discrestion. 
Please Let me know if you think your flight time will interfere with the retreat start or end times.
