By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site, Mobile App and/or any facility operated by “MOKSHA WELLNESS CONSULTING LTD” / MOKSHA WELLNESS LLC, you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms. In addition, when using particular MOKSHA WELLNESS services, you also shall be subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted, updated and modified from time to time without prior notice.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USAGE

We do not offer refunds on our packages and all purchases are final. In the case of relocation or long-term injury, we can transfer your package to someone else at the discretion of management. In the case of a transfer, there is a fee of 25% of the value of the sessions to be transferred. The package must be within the expiry period, the remaining sessions must be used by the expiry and the decision of management in these cases is final.

REFUND POLICY & TRANSFERRING PACKAGES

Please be advised that all First Time clients for group classes should arrive 15 minutes before their first class to provide time for registration and allow the instructor to access your level of experience and explain things to know for class. You can register ahead of time online to save time before class.

FIRST VISIT TO MOKSHA WELLNESS

In order to book a group class online, you must first have registered and paid for a class or package in your account in the form of a single class, a package (multiple classes) or have an unlimited package. 

To buy an individual class or package online go to https://moksha-wellness.punchpass.com/passes and sign up on our website by using your email and creating a password, or if you are already registered, click “Sign In” to buy a series and make your reservation.

Drop-In and all Class Packages have expiry dates, so please make sure to check those upon purchasing. They are not refundable and future prices are subject to change without notice. The session packages can not be shared between other people and are valid for only one person. 

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express online and cash/ Thai Bank QR payments may be made in-person at the Phuket studio location. Please note that you can sign up for regularly scheduled classes up to 2-weeks in advance, providing that your package or membership has not expired by then.

Your credit card will be charged for your order when you purchase a pass. Moksha Wellness Consulting LTD, will not process reservation charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We 

will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated.

BOOKINGS AND CHARGES

GROUP CLASSES CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

The safety and enjoyment of everyone in the session is our absolute priority. Therefore, we cannot guarantee entry into the class if you arrive at Moksha Wellness Phuket after the session has started. We cannot, under any circumstances, let a member join the session after the warm up has started – this is for the safety of all members.

Please arrive at Moksha Wellness at least 10 minutes before the session to get yourself set up. At the session start time your spot will be given to anyone on the waiting list in the case of a full session. Thank you for understanding the importance of our late policy.

Please kindly note that our PRIVATE SESSION cancellation policy is 24 hours. This means that any private sessions (yoga, sound healing, reiki etc.) that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as one full session. We understand that life often throws unexpected events up, so the practitioner will always make an effort to reschedule the private session on the same day if possible. If it cannot be rescheduled for the same day then the session will be charged. Late canceled sessions result in the practitioner missing the chance to treat another client, so thank you for understanding our policy.

Private sessions canceled more than 24 hours before the private session start time by calling the front desk or messaging / calling your practitioner will not be charged. Thanks again for respecting our policy on late cancellation.

All group class packages will be activated on the day of the first group class attended. This must be within 1 month of purchase. If no classes have been attended after 1 month from purchase, the package will automatically be activated. All recurring contracts/memberships commence upon purchase and will automatically renew each month following the activation date if an annual monthly pass is purchased.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO POLICY

We allow and welcome our clients to take handheld photography and video footage at Moksha Wellness but please be mindful of the privacy of other clients. Please note that we do not allow the set up of free-standing recording equipment (for example, on tripods or a camera/phone in the studio unattended) such as video to film and record sessions.

Moksha Wellness, from time to time, may video or photograph sessions and use these images and videos on Moksha Wellness social media channels or online. We will always verbally check with the attendees of the group class. Please let the class teacher know if you’d rather not feature in these videos or photos.

VALUABLES & PERSONAL PROPERTY

Members are urged to avoid bringing valuables onto the premises. Moksha Wellness shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of or damage to the personal property of members or guests, including items left in lockers, with the front desk or anywhere else at Moksha Wellness.
