If you'd told me twenty years ago that I'd be teaching yoga and sound healing in Cape Town, I wouldn't have believed you. My journey began in luxury hospitality, where I spent nearly two decades working with leading hotel brands in Hawaii and later within the wellness industry across Southeast Asia.
That question became the beginning of something bigger. In searching for a deeper sense of purpose, I found yoga. What began as a physical practice became a way to slow down, find balance, and reconnect with myself, ultimately changing the direction of my life.
That curiosity eventually led me to leave the corporate world and move to Southeast Asia, where I spent the next decade immersed in yoga and wellness.
I taught thousands of students, worked alongside internationally respected teachers, developed wellness programmes for yoga academies and retreat centres, and eventually founded Moksha Wellness, my own studio in Phuket, Thailand.
Today, Moksha Wellness begins a new chapter in Cape Town, bringing together everything I've learned to create thoughtful, personalised wellness experiences for locals and visitors alike.
To me, Moksha isn’t about escaping life, but learning to move through it with more ease, intention, and presence. Whether we're practising yoga, exploring breathwork, resting in Yoga Nidra, or experiencing the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, the intention is always the same: to help you reconnect with yourself.
My teaching is grounded in more than a decade of international experience and over **1,100 hours of professional training** across multiple schools, traditions, and disciplines.
Rather than following a single path, I've continued to study throughout my career, completing **two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and two 300-hour advanced trainings**, each offering a different perspective on the practice. This breadth of study allows me to adapt my teaching to the individual rather than relying on a single methodology.
While I value ongoing education, my greatest teachers have been the thousands of students I've worked with over the past decade. Every private session, class, retreat, and workshop has continued to shape the way I teach today.
