The quality of ingredients used in any recipe will impact the taste. Higher quality ingredients might cost more but usually you can find local versions for less. The secret ingredient of these energy balls is sunflower honey.

Sunflower honey has all the qualities of every honey made of bees, and in addition carries the particularities of the plant giving it a unique taste.   Again, just like all the other honeys, due to its high content of antioxidants, sunflower honey is recommended for all types of cold or flu and their bad symptoms like sneezing, sore throat and fever.

This healthy energy ball recipe requires no fancy equipment. No food processors or blenders required to make this tasty, healthy treat. All you need is a mixing bowl, spoon and a measuring cup!
