Sunflower Honey Energy Balls

Ingredients

gluten free rolled oats

smooth natural peanut butter

cup
ground flaxseed powder

cup
sunflower honey
1/4
cup
coconut oil
organic, cold pressed

tsp
vanilla extract

cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together into a mixing bowl and stir.
Leave in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to cool the mixture.
Roll into 1X1 inch balls and place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
