The acceptance of a verbal or written confirmation from MOKSHA WELLNESS LLC constitutes your agreement of the terms and conditions listed herein.
Your spot is confirmed when payment is received. Payments can be made through bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe. Please note that bank fees or foreign transactions fees might be additional and are to be absorbed by the attendee.
You will be invoiced for the full amount at the time of booking. If you are interested in a payment plan with two payment options please make a request and we will try to accommodate depending on your booking date. Payments are taken in USD currency.
If you do not pay the amount within the designated time or discuss alternative payments, we will need to cancel your reservation to seek another guest to fill the spot.
Cancellation is defined as not attending your scheduled and paid-for retreat. We understand things can happen, so please read through this policy before booking and paying for your retreat. We require purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events and circumstances. Although we do not offer travel insurance, we provide a travel agent that can assist you with it. Keep in mind most travel insurance plans need to be purchased within 14 days of your retreat booking and we recommend the full coverage option.
Moksha Wellness LLC does not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances. A percentage of your payment may be returned via bank transfer, PayPal or Stripe (minus bank fees). Depending on when you cancel, certain fees may apply.
If you pay in full at time of booking and need to cancel 31 days or more prior to the retreat start date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to you.
If you pay in full at time of booking and need to cancel 30 days or less prior to the retreat start date, 0% of the total amount will be refunded to you.
We do not offer credit or partial refunds if you arrive at the scheduled retreat late or need to leave early or choose to not participate in planned activities or wellness sessions.
Participation in Moksha Wellness retreat classes includes, but is not limited to, participation in, and performing various yoga postures. Yoga and physical exercise is an individual experience. I understand that in Yoga and in any other exercise class, I will progress at my own pace. If at any point I feel overexertion or fatigue, I will respect my own body’s limitations and I will rest before continuing Yoga or any other exercise.
By signing up for a wellness retreat I acknowledge that participation in Moksha Wellness LLC classes or any other voluntary activity during the Moksha Wellness retreat exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk and hereby release Moksha Wellness LLC, Sarah Savidge and / or any other persons who may teach with Moksha Wellness LLC, from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims, arising from, or in any way connected, with my participation in Moksha Wellness LLC retreat.
We certainly hope this never happens, but if Moksha Wellness LLC must cancel a scheduled retreat (political unrest, low sign-ups, unsafe conditions), you may request a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any Moksha Wellness retreat due to inadequate participation. In this case you will be notified a minimum of four weeks prior to the retreat start date. Moksha Wellness LLC is not responsible for any external expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat including airline tickets, loss of work or any other costs associated in preparing for the trip. This is why we require purchasing travel insurance and encourage our clients to purchase “cancel for any reason” to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation.
I understand that Moksha Wellness LLC has stated that Travel insurance is required. And it is my responsibility to purchase an appropriate policy.
