Avoid eating a heavy meal within one to two hours of your session. Arriving feeling comfortable rather than overly full usually makes it easier to relax.
Try not to rush straight from a busy schedule. Even ten or fifteen minutes of slowing down before your appointment can help you arrive feeling more present.
Please attend your session substance-free so you can fully experience the practice with clarity and awareness.
Everything else is provided, including mats, cushions, blankets, and eye pillows where appropriate.
If your session is taking place at your home, hotel, or retreat venue, simply choose a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably without interruptions.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax easily. There is no need for yoga clothes specifically, anything soft and comfortable is perfect.
