Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and gongs to encourage relaxation, quiet the mind, and support your body's natural capacity for rest.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, navigating a stressful period, or simply curious to experience something new, every session is personalised to help you slow down and reconnect.
Sound healing is a passive practice, meaning there's nothing you need to do except get comfortable and allow yourself to receive.
During your session, you'll lie down while I play a carefully selected combination of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, and gongs. Their soothing vibrations help quiet the mind, relax the body, and create a deep sense of calm.
Sound healing support creates slower brainwave states associated with relaxation and meditation, making it a gentle way to reduce stress and create space for rest and healing states.
Includes gentle breathwork, meditation, or restorative movement before your sound journey.

Many people find that experiencing several sessions over a shorter period allows them to settle more deeply into the practice while creating dedicated space for rest and recovery.
Bring the benefits of sound healing to your group through thoughtfully curated experiences designed to foster connection, relaxation, and wellbeing.
Perfect for couples, families, retreats, hotels, villas, wellness events, and corporate teams.
Since 2020, I've completed six practitioner level trainings learning techniques for group experiences and private treatments using Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, and Gongs with well respected teachers across Asia.
Today, I combine these practices with over a decade of teaching experience to create sound healing sessions that are intentional, grounded, and deeply restorative.

Private Sound Healing sessions can be held in my Higgovale studio in Cape Town. Alternatively, I travel directly to your residence, holiday home, hotel, or a rented studio space. My mobile service covers the Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay, Clifton, Bantry Bay) and the City Bowl. If you are looking to host a private sound bath outside these areas, travel to other suburbs or the Winelands can be arranged for an additional fee.
No. To ensure a seamless, premium experience, all mats and specialized somatic healing props are fully provided. You simply need to wear comfortable clothing and ensure a quiet, private space if we are hosting your sound journey at your location.
Because a dedicated time is reserved exclusively for your private immersion and instrument transport, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. *Note this policy varies with large groups and rented spaces.
Absolutely. Many clients prefer semi-private sessions with a partner, family member, or friend. I also facilitate bespoke group sound healing in Cape Town for curated celebrations, wellness days, and corporate retreats; the maximum group size will depend on the capacity of your chosen location.
It is a deeply restorative, passive experience. While you lie in complete comfort, the harmonic frequencies of specialized instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs, facilitate rapid brainwave entrainment. For a comprehensive look at the specific instruments, the science of how they function, and a session flow, explore [The Sound Healing Experience Page].
Yes, this is where sound therapy truly excels. Chronic stress keeps the body trapped in a high-alert state. The consistent, pure vibrational frequencies stimulate the vagus nerve, which immediately lowers your heart rate, reduces cortisol, and drops you out of fight-or-flight mode, acting as an internal remote control for nervous system regulation and preparing the brain for deeper sleep cycles.
While a gong meditation or sound bath is highly safe and non-invasive, there are a few medical contraindications. It is not recommended for individuals with sound-induced epilepsy. If you have a pacemaker, metal implants, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy, please consult your physician before booking. To review a full breakdown of safety guidelines and what a session entails, visit [The Sound Healing Experience Guide] or reach out to inquire if you have specific conditions.
