It’s been over a year since I quit coffee.  Ok I admit it was forced from poor stomach health but once I experienced the health benefits of matcha tea (a life without coffee) I haven’t looked back.  No more thinking that I cannot do anything without this morning cup of coffee and BONUS it helped reduce my anxiety!  I still have a morning ritual to wake up my body but it involves meditation, stretching AND water.  I’ve also swapped out the java for matcha.
