Nut Free Energy Balls
Enjoy the nutrient rich ingredients from tahini, goji berries and flax seeds to name a few.

Servings: 24 balls
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup tahini A brand that has runny texture!
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup organic honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 scoops unflavored protein powder I use Bob's Redmill brand
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/24 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients together into a mixing bowl and stir.
Leave in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes to cool the mixture.
Roll into 1X1 inch balls and place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
