Notes

There are a wide variety of tahini, honey and protein powder options out there but again the brand and quality of any ingredient can make a big difference in the taste of these treats.   As much as possible try to stick with raw and organic ingredients.  My go to brands that I can get in Thailand are RAWGANIQ and Bob’s Red Mill.
